What are the 4 Phases of your HCG Diet Plan About?

The Weight Loss Plan consists of 4 specific Phases, beginning with a Detox 'prep’ phase, then Phase II is the actual weight loss phase.  Phase III and Phase IV are 2 specific easy transition protocols after the diet before you move onto life-time maintenance. This plan has been designed to help you get people off the diet roller coaster and re-balance and nourish out of balance systems that often times contribute to weight problems in the first place. Phase II – The Weight Loss HCG Diet Phase

This is the actual Diet Phase. The HCG Diet is done for a minimum of 3 weeks - up to several months, depending on the amount of excess fat and weight desired to lose. Our HCG Diet Plan is a balanced meal plan of 8 servings of food a day, including 2 proteins; 2 vegetables; 2 fruits and 2 starches. This 2nd Phase is part of an entire system designed to support some of the imbalances, as well as emotional reasons for weight problems. People who follow our 4 Phase HCG Diet Plan generally lose anywhere from 15 to 30 pounds a month. Phase III – 21 Day Transition: Add all foods but sugar and starch

The 3 weeks after the HCG Diet are exciting! When the goal weight has been reached, the Diet portion if over with and all foods are now added back into the diet, except starch and sugar. Specific supplements are recommended to assist with better digestion and to help break down fats.

Phase IV – 21 Day Stabilization: Add all foods

In this final 3 weeks, all foods are not added back into the diet and specific supplements are used to support the stabilization of the lost weight.
