I am very pleased with the results using the portable sauna during the cleansing phase of detox program. This is a very complete program that allows me to cleanse from the inside out. After a month of following the instruction of using the sauna along with the body brush, citrus body wash and Nutritional support. Due to the fact of being very chemical sensitive, I usually get ill from my past experience of cleansing. This did not happen during this process. I used the Detox Kit along with the sauna. Prior to doing that, I felt sluggish and tired all the time. There was nothing medically wrong with me so I thought maybe (based on information I read) I could just have lots of toxicity in my body. I thought it was worth a try! After 30 days of using the detox kit and sauna I felt 100% better! I continue to use the Liquid Detox Drops daily and the sauna 3 or 4 times a week. The sauna is easy to use and I can watch TV or read a book while I use it!
