Chef Joseph Chouinard

Chef Joseph ChouinardChef Chouinard’s culinary experiences span decades and have taken him across the United States and back again. His education includes graduation from the Culinary Institute of America, as well as an apprenticeship at the 5-star La Vieille Maison restaurant. He also attended Florida International University with a focus on hotel restaurant management.

He has had the distinction of working in award-winning restaurants in New York, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida, and has also catered for elite and famous clientele during his residency in California.

Currently, Chef Chouinard creates culinary delights at Chouinard’s Cuisine On the Run, a full service event/planning catering company and café. As a caterer, Chef Chouinard has overcome some of the strictest dietary requests. He has personal experience on the HCG Max Diet and this was invaluable in assisting him with development of recipes exclusively for The First Edition Cookbook for the Revised Simeons' HCG Diet.
