I cannot keep my weight loss off because I just can't stay away from chips and pretzels. I started taking Carb-X and for the first time ever, I am not gaining weight. Why didn't I find this sooner?

I was so afraid of gaining weight after the HCG diet, but I take these when I eat starch and carbs and I have had total success for the past 6 months. After all these years of yo yo dieting, I think I have finally found success!
