Saliva Test For Food Sensitivities

  • Soy
  • Dairy
  • Wheat (gliadin and gluten)
  • Egg whites

Research has shown that foods, such as the ones listed above, might create inflammation in the gut in some people, increase cortisol levels, cause people to have weight problems, along with aging quicker.

This test is an simple food sensitivity test. It tests a gut inflammatory response to the main 4 food groups listed above. After ordering, you will be sent a test kit. The test is then performed by putting saliva in one test vial 24-48 hours after eating foods from all of the 4 above groups.

After completing the saliva test, you then complete the paper insert and mail it in the box provided to the lab.

Lab results are sent to our office and then e-mailed to you upon receipt. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for receipt of results.

This is such a cool test. I was a little skeptical when I saw this, but I got it and did the test and low and behold I have am allergic to caseine. Now it all makes sense, I eat cheese a lot and they say you crave what you are allergic to. I have not eaten any dairy for 5 days now and have dropped 2 pounds and all my bloating is gone. This test is great!

My stomach area would get uncomfortable no matter what I ate. I thought maybe I was getting some type of stomach of digestive illness! I saw this test on your website and decided to give it a try. It told me I am sensitive to gluten products and dairy! I have picked up some gluten free crackers and bread plus I am staying away from as much dairy as I can. I already feel better!
