For those sensitive to alcohol, each day, add 36 drops to ½ C of boiling water. Let set for 15 minutes to eliminate alcohol and then add enough water to total 3 ounces. Pour into a bottle with a cap then shake 5 times and take 1 ounce 3 times a day by holding each dose for 10 seconds and then swallow.
