DO NOT WET THIS BRUSH: It is used for dry body brushing.

Dry body brushing is one of the oldest, yet most effective practices designed to help clear dead skin and increase circulation. The technique is designed to restore the skin to its optimal condition and leave skin looking healthy and fresh.

Many who practice body brushing and exfoliating techniques claim they feel a renewed glow, suppleness, vitality and softness of their skin.

Other benefits of dry body brushing are the stimulation of the nervous system, blood flow, metabolism and hormones. Dry body brushing experts say this helps create better muscle tone and better distribution of fat deposits and is one of the many reasons it is such a good treatment to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

DO NOT WET THIS BRUSH: It is used for dry body brushing.

Dry body brush with a light, gentle stroke on a bare body before a shower.

The body brushing and exfoliation technique is easy and should be practiced at least once a day as follows:

    1. Begin with the bottom of the feet and brush vigorously in circular motions.
    2. Continue brushing up the legs.
    3. Raise an arm at a time and brush from the wrist toward the shoulder. Repeat on the other side.
    4. Brush the entire back and abdomen area, shoulders and neck.
    5. Use circular strokes on the abdomen: going up the right side, across and down around the left, repeat.
    6. Lightly brush the breasts towards the heart.
    7. Brush upwards on the back and down from the neck towards the heart.

After brushing, take a shower using the concentrated citrus body wash and exfoliating gloves to gently, yet thoroughly remove all the loosened, dead skin. When complete, rinse thoroughly and gently pat dry with a clean towel.

    Excellent quality!

Impossible to find naturall boar bristles. All the other brushes are made of some cheap stuff and not even close the the quality of these natural boar!

This is NOT a loofah brush, nor meant to use wet.

Dry body brush like it is meant to be used and it will last a long time. I've had mine 5 years

    Who would Know....

    • Easy to use.
    • Don't get the brush wet.
I have been using your citrus body wash and exfoliating gloves on a daily basics. I wanted to go the extra step and increase my circulation, but never realized what the correct way to use the body brush until I read your directions. I thought the brush was to be used in the shower with soap like a loofah! Thats not the case with this great brush. I now understand it is to be used before you go in the shower.

I now use this body brush correctly and it makes me feel so invigorated before I go in the shower.

    I love it!

    Great product

    • Easy to use
My legs and arms tend to be very dry. I have always used lotions but still had the problem. I was reading your website and saw that people should exfoliate off the dead skin to make way for new skin growth. I had not thought of that! So I got the body brush and the exfoliating gloves so I could start exfoliating. I thought it would take 20 minutes to do the dry body brush and the first time, it probably did. However, once you develop the "system" you need to do, it goes pretty quickly! Then I exfoliate wth the gloves in the . shower and after I dry off, I use your great oil free body lotion.

This process has already started helping my dry skin problem. I guess you are never too old to learn about something new!
